The China Bearing Industry Association is the core organization of the national bearing industry, playing an important role in industrial policy communication, technological collaboration, market regulation, and other aspects. At the 10th Member Conference of China Bearing Industry Association and 2025 Bearing Industry Development Conference held on January 15, 2026, HLB Bearing was reelected as the 10th Executive Director Unit for its innovation capability and brand influence.

HLB Bearing has been deeply involved in the bearing manufacturing industry for many years, adhering to the concept of "We Craft Bearings like Diamonds", and focusing on the research and development and production of products such as "radial spherical plain bearings, thrust spherical plain bearings, angular contact spherical plain bearings, and tapered roller bearings". In 2025, HLB PTFE Maintenance-free Radial Spherical Plain Bearings were recognized as a national level specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprise, and awarded titles such as "Shandong Quality Benchmark Enterprise". HLB PTFE were selected for the "Remarkable Shandong" list, and the "Key Technology and Industrialization of High Precision Thin Wall Self Lubricating Spherical Plain Bearings in the Aerospace Field" project won the Excellence Award in the Shandong Division of the China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. The "Marine Ship Propulsion Bearing Project" won the second prize in scientific and technological innovation in the equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province, and was rated as an "Advanced Enterprise in Brand Construction of Linqing Bearing Industry 2025", "High quality Development High quality Enterprise", and "Import and Export Advanced Enterprise".

HLB Bearing has organized a research and development team to tackle the issue of relying on imported PTFE braided fabric as the core material for self-lubricating spherical plain bearings. The team has achieved localized mass production of maintenance free self-lubricating bearings, with products available in multiple countries and regions such as Europe and America. Through cooperation with universities such as Luoyang Bearing Research Institute and Henan University of Science and Technology, and with the support of the "Vice President of Science and Technology" policy in Liaocheng City, we have overcome the technical difficulties of automatic bonding of self-lubricating spherical plain bearing pads. At present, we have obtained a total of 9 authorized invention patents, 37 utility model patents, and 4 design patents. We have developed more than 60 new products such as bearings in the aerospace field and marine ship propulsion bearings. Among them, the "HLB 688911 New Automotive Clutch Bearing" has reached the international advanced level, and the "Marine Ship Propulsion Bearing" has been selected as a "Shandong Manufacturing · Qilu Boutique".

In the high-end application field, the R&D team of HLB Bearing has developed the "Laser Micro Texture and Multiphase Composite Material Collaborative Toughening Technology" for the high load-bearing and low friction requirements of aviation wing spherical plain bearings, filling the technical gap in this sub field in China and providing supporting support for major domestic equipment.
