The first meeting and replacement meeting of the 9th National Technical Committee for Standardization on Rolling Bearings(Hereinafter referred to as SAC/TC 98) was held in Zhengzhou, Henan Province from January 12th to 16th, 2026. HLB Bearing Company was reelected as a member of the 9th SAC/TC 98.

As the core technical organization for the construction of China's bearing industry standard system, the SAC/TC 98 undertakes the important task of formulating and revising national and industry standards, and plays a key leading role in promoting the standardized development of the bearing industry and enhancing its overall competitiveness. As a leading enterprise in the high-end bearing industry chain of Liaocheng City, HLB Bearing serves as a member of the SAC/TC 98, which means that the enterprise has transformed from a "product provider" to a "rule participant". It can integrate its own technical route into the formulation of national standards, build technical barriers, gain industry information advantages and brand credibility. For precision manufacturing industries such as bearings, it is an important symbol of the enterprise's technical strength and industry status. In recent years, Liaocheng City has taken measures such as policy support and innovation empowerment to promote the formation of a complete industrial chain in the bearing industry. HLB Bearing relies on industry university research cooperation with Luoyang Bearing Research Institute, Henan University of Science and Technology, and other universities and institutes. Its "Key Technology and Industrialization of High precision Thin walled Self lubricating Spherical Plain Bearings in the Aerospace Field" project has been selected as an award-winning enterprise in the "14th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Shandong Division and the 2025 Shandong Province Small and Medium sized Enterprises Innovation Competition Action Plan"; HLB PTFE Maintenance-free Radial Spherical Plain Bearings have been selected for the "Remarkable Shandong" list; The marine ship thruster bearings have won the second prize of provincial scientific and technological innovation, and some of their technological achievements have been transformed into production standards.
